FOUR DIVIONS OF RACE CARS FOR FIVE BUCKS AUGUST 21
MECHANICSBURG, PA -- The Saturday Night Series returns to Williams Grove
Speedway with a 4-division program on August 21 featuring super sportsman cars,
358 c.i. late models, street stocks and 4-cylinder stock cars.
The first heat is scheduled to start at 6:30.
General admission for this family-night event will be just five dollars.
Hard as it may be to believe, the Saturday Night Series is entering the
homestretch for the 2010 season at Williams Grove Speedway.
Following this week’s race only five more dates will remain for the
Saturday Night Series this year.
On August 28 another 4-division program will be presented featuring super
sportsman cars, 358 c.i. late models, street stocks and 4-cylinder stock cars.
There will be no Saturday night racing during Labor Day weekend since the
speedway will host sprint car racing events on Friday night, September 3, and
again on Sunday, September 5.
The sportsman cars are scheduled to be part of the September 5 event, which
will also include sprint cars and 358-sprints.
The next Saturday Night Series race will actually be run on Friday,
September 10. In addition to super sportsman cars and 358-late models, the
358-sprints will also be in competition on September 10.
The street stocks and 4-cylinders will be back along with the sportsman
cars and late models on September 25.
On October 9 the All American Outlaws will replace the 4-cylinder stocks
before the four regular divisions end the Saturday Night Series season on
October 16.
