New Grandstand Photos NOW UP

I took some photos of the New Grandstand Seats today, Groove 22 is going to post them for me as soon as he can.

So the only difference is that they are now aluminum instead of wood? I honestly don't see the point in spending the $ to do that. They need to tear out those cramped bleachers and put in some larger ones that hold more people and that someone taller than 4 ft. can sit comfortably in. jmo

:roll: Lighten up Hotrod.

After a mid-summer thunder storm, a quick wipe off of your seat is all you need, and you've got a dry seat for the rest of the evening.

Aluminum also lends itself to resisting rust and rot. I would consider this an investment in the future.......wouldn't you??

Can't wait to see the first night race!!

Did the little section off of turn 4 get the aluminum treatment too ?

No That did not get done, but the beer hill stands got new seats only.

Looks nice! Can't wait to take in a race in the stands this year. I wish they would have done the far set of bleachers in Turn 3. That's my favorite spot to sit at the Grove. Oh well, I'll take in the dirt on wood or aluminum!

i notice a lack of "red seats = season reserved" signs...this will be another interesting season for the interlopers.
