I can't see Fred taking both features on Saturday. He's got to throw the other drivers a bone every now and then. Doesn't he ? :dontknow:

I see Cody coming through with a win there very soon. Saturday would be as good a chance as any.

I didn't realize the 358s were there too until just today. Super sweet. Double 410s, 358s and Thundercars. It's going to be a long night full of great racing on a moisture rich track. Should make for some great racing.

Seeing Fred win both features Saturday night could happen. I watch him charge to the front from his "assigned" 12th starting spot every week and just shake my head in amazement. I don't know what he and Tim have found, but he can pass when no one else can. I haven't found anything illegal on the car, so it must be Tim's set-ups with the rest being between the driver's ears.

Frankly, as much as I'd like to see a couple of other drivers win, I won't be disappointed if I have to watch Fred pull off a double. It's quality entertainment.

Ed

Chances are, Fred will not win both features on Saturday. I personally don't think he will win either. If the first feature is run at the start of the program, I can easily see it becoming a single file around the bottom show. The second race, under the lights, won't be much better. He will need cautions in front of him if he is to contend for either race. Anything's possible.

I'm far, far from a Rahmer fan but he's been passing cars when the track's wet and heavy and dry, slick. Rain tomorrow, plus cloudy skies Saturday = a fast track at Lincoln, especially early.

fred and tim have proven over the past few seasons and for different car owners that when they are gelled, they are very tough to beat. i really expected these type of results last season but i guess it took a little longer for everything to come together.

J Man I still don't see how $18 at Port is $2 less than $14 at Lincoln...am I missing something!?

I enjoy Straight Shooter's posts too. Sometimes I agree, sometimes I don't...kinda like Ernie Saxton. But we all have opinions.

As a teacher let me see if I can help ya out. If JMan goes to Lincoln, he will spend $20 for a pit pass. If JMan went to Port, he would be too cheap to buy a pit pass and would get a $18 general admission. Under his biased Math equation, he would spend $2 less at Port. Hope that helps! Go Brian!
