I think it's great that these drivers are coming out and signing autographs and meeting the fans. Community involvement is a key ingredient in getting more people to come out and put butts in the seats. I wish there was more of that. We might pickup a few more new fans that way.

Too many people still think there is only NASCAR and the Indy 500 in the U.S.

Guy Webb said last night there is $12000 being spent on promotions this week in public appearances and radio / newspaper adds. It sure seems like a lot , but he said they are REALLY trying to get the word out about the All Stars this year because right now they have what they feel is one of the best products out there as far as 'bang for your buck" sprint car racing .

I'm happy they did this!

But those time's SUCK!!

My son wanted to go but he's in school till 3:40!

Maybe next time they can be in the evenings.

Also, nothing against Greg Wilson but having 'bad' Chad Layton and Paul is better for this area 'local' flavor.

Hat's off to all of the guys who took time away from their own schedules to make an extra day in PA in support of the series, the Grove, and their own seasons. The hosts for the events are also to be commended for their support for sprint car racing. Some of them have been familiar with sprint car racing and the excitment for years, others are new to the sport, but bring just as much enthusiasm!

Tell me...why is it every serious thread on this Board gets disrupted 80% of the time by some idiot with a Smart A$$ Comment or Smilie? Can't some of you guys leave the jokes aside every once and awhile?

I love messing with people too, but everytime? It seems that's all some of you are good for!
