if those prices are the grandstand prices, I hate to imagine what the price of a pit pass for this weekend is going to cost me.

I think that the stinkin pit pass prices are getting out of hand when any sanctioned event is in town. but thats just my opinion.

ADMISSION FOR THE OUTLAWS

I think we should charge the Outlaws at least $100 each!

I haven't had a membership in the WoO for 15 years but back then, paying $100 for a season membership also got you a guaranteed maximum you would have to pay for a pit pass. If memory serves, it was $20 or $25. I'd be willing to bet they still have something like that, so gouging at the pit gate doesn't affect WoO members.

usually around 40 bucks :ahhh:

When I used to go to the Outlaw shows a few years ago, I always got a pit pass because it was only usually $3 or $4 more than g.a. I would guess that the pit passes are no more than $34 this weekend.

It's probably an attempt to deter people from buying them. The pits for WoO shows have seemed to be extremely crowded and it just causes problems for the teams and drivers because a lot of the people don't pay attention to anything around them.

yes, trying to work on the car when hundreds of people are just standing around is 1) dangerous and 2) a pain in the a**. its ok to walk around the pits before motor starts and during intermission or even after the races, but when ur tryin to work on the car u dont need all of them people in our way

It's also difficult to push a car down through the pits when you have people walking in the middle of the road and have no clue what's going on around them!

Also alot of people seem to forget that I believe the Top 15 in WoO Points all get free passes...
