I've been trying to reach the Williams Grove office since 9 AM this morning. Noboby is answering the phone. I want to purchase a ticket for tomorrow's show before the noon cutoff today. What is going on over their?

I've phoned numerous times, left a voice mail and sent an e-mail. Two hours later, I haven't heard a thing. I have been going to the Grove for more than twenty five years. I would think they would want to treat their loyal customers a little better than this! :ahhh:

Could be they are starting late today :dontknow: I am sure it will be very hectic in The Office the Friday & Saturday ;)

That would be o.k. if they didn't have a noon cutoff time the day before the race to purchase advanced tickets.

I finally did reach someone at 11:15 this morning. Persistence paid off BUT I don't know if a new fan would try so hard to order a ticket. :thinking:

OFFICE HOURS
Tues. thru Thurs. 9AM - 4PM
Fri. 11AM to end of race*
Sat. 2PM to end of race*
* = providing we race
