being in Mass. and some other states during "rush hour" they use the shoulder as a HOV lane :bdf:

Well there is more stupid construction on 81 south this time from avoca exit to Wilkes- Barre Pa exit :ahhh:

from 9 am to 2/3 pm weekdays :ahhh:

so I guess Pa turnpike to 80 west then 81 south to 924,south then back on 81 south :ahhh:

I haven't been back home from school since Easter but last time I went down all construction was above the 78split. Think it starts around the 124 marker if goin north

A right lane construction closure is just a game to see how many people can cut in line by passing you on the right as you sit in the left lane waiting for the same drivers to squeeze their way back in before hitting the orange construction barrels.
