Location: South Jersey. At least 2 hours from weekly 410 racing
They were great, I had never heard of them being from jersey, and was very surprised and quite entertained. Hope we can get them back for the the Summer Nats, and maybe the Open. :cheers2: Sure beats the fireworks :laughing7:

The Lead singer was from the Old Band called the Vandals. I saw Cheap Sneakers hundreds of times at the lacal bars in the Carlisle area. I always enjoyed them. Great choice Joe. Thank You.

We are going to have the band Cheap Sneakers entertain Sat May 12th after the races. We have a stage and equipment coming Fri. for set up.

My son and I heard them over at Donnie's hauler at the end. They sounded good. BTW Joe what's going on with Cody Man he does very well on the other tracks and comes home and struggles, Lucas seems to be struggling with the home track too. Good luck Cody on your other runs this week.

1. IF I CAN ANY WAY GET HER TALKED INTO THE NATIONALs I WILL HAVE THEM THERE AGAIN!!
2. Mr Sangel when your on the road you need to adapt to everything from track size, kind of dirt etc Every track is different in some way so you need to have equipment that is versatile without spending millions. When we were here like most that are from here we had one car for Lincoln and one car for Williams Grove and each week we could take that car and adjust it each week till we had it perfect and unless we wrecked or the track changed drastically we had a good set up each week. they just didn't hit the set up at all. I am committed to get him back on track here as it is hard on him when he comes home and struggles as he did this week. we will be at the grove this Friday working on some things. this is a long week ahead as we are in New York Wed. and the Grove Fri then off to NY again Sat then to Kasey's race at Hagerstown Sunday

Thanks Joe for the band and look forward to seeing them again. Rick sounded as good as he did when he was with the Vandals. They used to rock the Pinetree Inn, The Midway, the Holly Inn and such. :cheers2:

Thank you very much Joe!! The band was awesome!!!! I would hope that Kathy would allow you to have them back... Was with a couple of friends that came from out of state, they said that would make a trip back for the national open or the summer nationals more appealing!! Even though the racing was less than stallar on saturday, they felt they got a great bang for thier buck!! Thanks once again!!! :cheers2:

Joe,

I wasn't even there, and I'd still like to say thank you. Booking, arranging and paying for something like that for a private party is impressive enough, but to do it for a whole race track full of people, many of whom you've never met, is beyond generous.

Thank you!

Thanks Joe, very enjoyable!!

Not to change the subject but since it was brought up. A driver can only do so much..A good car will make you look good and a bad car will make you look bad and that is even more pronounced with today's cookie cutter cars. I happened to watch Cody during his heat Friday night when he was running the cushion he was fighting a car that was way too tight. Hard to run a cushion well when the car won't turn. :dontknow: Competition was close and I give Danny D credit for moving up on that track Saturday night. Montieth, Shatz, and Saldana were all playing tag in the back.
