Good Luck To All

Post by Wreckergirl » Mon Mar 25, 2013 11:24 pm

Just want to take a moment and wish everyone in the racing family a very safe and successful season. May no one be injured or have so much damage they can not race the whole season.

Our tempers flare, we have our favorites. The races would not be near as enjoyable without the drivers we dislike.
So may God watch over them all, from the person who gets a lineup, scrapes mud or drives/owns a car.

Less than a week to go.

Go get em Jay and Steve!!!!!!!!!!!

very nice post! We sometimes forgot (or don't really care), about the obnoxious things that are yelled to the drivers...they are not professional drivers who do this for a living (well, maybe not too many). They are family members who have familiy members sitting in the grandstands having to hear all the yelling and screaming nasty cuss words to the husbands, daddies, brothers, etc. Sure wish more people would think what they are doing (maybe leave the booze at home). They are spending a lot of money to put on a show for us, and endangering their lives for us as well. There are some drivers I don't particular care for, but don't like it when they have to drop out (usually for small things that causes big chunks of change to be paid out. Most drivers do not have a wealth of money behind them, but they do the best they can, maybe not run as many races, maybe not take as many chances, but they love the sport. God Bless the Drivers, Owners, Families and fans for this season.
