Wasn't there tonight, but twitter says the top 10 was Dietrich, Dewease, Shaffer, Blaney, Marks, Krimes, Montieth, Schuchart, Rahmer and Haas.

It was pretty much a freight train around the cushion with very little passing.

I can't believe with all the rain we had this week that the track was blowing dust after the second 410 heat. Do they keep the track sealed over and then open it up and work it on Friday or what?

Happy to stand firm on my boycott of a track that is not interested in providing entertainment for their fans. Too many other fine facilities that deserve my racing dollars and appreciate the show they put on.

I love Williams Grove, but if Susky started running weekly again, I'd be there. Now I know the haters will say Susky is just as bad, but the racing has been pretty good there this year.

You won't hear me disagree. I only go to susky for the sprint shows but they provide a better surface than the grove hands down every time I'm there. It may get dusty at times but I could care less about that. Dust can be expected at a dirt track. Susky may not be an ultra modern super facility but I wouldn't have it any other way. The place has as much character as any dirt track you'll ever see due to the fact that it has that diamond in the rough vibe going.

I think the Hoosiers are working out just fine. I've seen good 410 races at every track I've been at this year with the exception of WG, and the same couldn't be said last season. Obviously that's just my opinion, but the Hoosiers get a :thumbleft: from me.

:yessss:

Has been the best racing season ever for me. Lots of great racing and records being broke everywhere.

If the racing season ended today, I would feel satisfied and felt like it was a good season.

Great to see Brent Marks and others go so fast. Just need to see Cory Haas get back to the front.

Not sure what happened with the track Friday. It looked like it was gonna be a good track come feature time but as the night went on and cooled off, it seemed like more and more moisture came back up through to the track and we were left with too good of a cushion. Once everyone figured out that was the fast way around it was a freight train around the top. No one could do anything on the bottom. 1/2 mile tracks are best when they are slicked off with a cushion up closer to the guard rail IMO.
