Over the last 30 years of racing in pa....Fred is hands down the best driver to put on a helmet. I never really cheered for him...but you don't have to cheer for him to respect what he can do behind the wheel of a race car. 420 sprint wins speaks for itself!!

There are moments in time that will last forever and this was certainly one of them. I usually sit up top with friends on the backstretch but because of the crowds I found myself sitting right along the guard rail up front. I was elated to see Freddie win, but was shocjked when I turned around to see nobody leaving. Everyone was standing and clapping, waiting to hear what Freddie was going to say. Was def. one of the coolest moments I've ever been a part of. The second coolest thing I remember form the Grove was just after Kevin Gobrecht had passed, seeing his brother Brian, in the family owned 92, win a heat race against the Outlaws. I was stabnding on Beer Hill and the fans sure were pumped to see that happen
