Baltimore GP - Friday & Saturday

Post by Bicknell55 » Mon Sep 05, 2011 11:16 pm

I'm not much of an IndyCar fan, and just wanted to see the ALMS, so I only made the trip down to Baltimore on Friday and Saturday. Friday wasn't the greatest since the ALMS lost an hour of track time but there isn't much I can do about that. There are a few more angles I would have liked to get but just didn't have the time or access to get to everything.

Great shots!! :cheers2: :cheers2: Is the Porsche in the 1st pic really hooked up, or is the track surface that rough?

It literally was that bumpy, even worse in some other spots. Keep in mind these are public roads, so at 35 it doesn't seem like as big a bump as it does at 120+. Also the stiffer suspensions and lower amounts of travel don't help either. The LMP cars were really grinding the center planks over this bumpy section.
