Hagerstown Sunday?

Post by mudclods » Wed Feb 27, 2008 9:32 am

Looks like Hagerstown switched to Sunday instead of Saturday. Extra day to dry out & maybe a little bit warmer?

That's the thought process.... plus they knew this would allow me to catch opening day at Lincoln & all would be right with the world again...

Too bad they don't make a teantative date for the sprints on Sunday too . Only run them if the Grove cancels . I'm sure it would help their crowd a lot.

The only sprints will be me sprinting to my car after it's over so I can get out of the parking lot...

Just do like me and drive up the right exit lane which nobody is in, and just make a left at the top of the hill ahead of everyone waiting in the left turn lane!

I am least nice enough to turn right then make a quick U turn in the empty lot on the left...its funny watching all the ticked off people waiting to turn as you drive by them :ahhhh:

Wasn't someone killed doing that last fall at Hagerstown ? Perhaps it's just better to wait in line like everyone else. :naughty:

No they were killed leaving the speedway while the races were going on still! The left lane is horrible, it don't move hardly at all! I'll take my chances with the ole right lane escape!

No wonder he got so worked up down in Charlotte when I took my good ole' time leaving the track and then at the fast food drive-in that wasn't even friggin' open as we sat third in line waiting.... :laughing7:

Don't worry Jas I'll mark your spot off on Sunday at The Grove so it will be ready for you next week!!! ;)

Course if WG cancels and H-town doesn't, maybe you could hook a brotha up to get in and snap some photos. It wouldn't be all bad, since it is late models!!
