I'm sure nascar will go over that car with a fine tooth comb to see how the car of tomorrow held up in that crash. Glad to see the driver was ok!

That wreck reminds me of Gordon Smiley's impact at Indy in '82...thank God for safer barriers and the Hans Device

I've seen a lot of people say that looked like Gordon Smiley's crash. I've seen it once and don't care to ever see it again.

Safer barrier save this boys butt! That two feet of compression really defused a lot of the impact of that one. No safer barrier and I doubt we ever see him race again.

The Smiley wreck was the first thing I thought of when I saw that crash...and then I watched the kid climb out and walk away.

I must say that I really don't care for the way that NASCAR runs it's business but i do give them props when it comes to safety. That was a horrific crash and it was great to see him walk away from it and race just 2 days later.
