Big Diamond Speedway News

Less than a month away will be the 3rd running of the Money In the Mountains at Big Diamond Speedway....On Friday night April 3rd (Rain Date Fri April 10th) the Open Competition Modifieds will do battle in a 40 lap feature event paying $7500 to win and a SWEET $500 to just take the green this night....Also on the card will be the Sportman Modifieds and the always exciting Roadrunners....The first two runnings of this event has seen competitors from all over the Northeast come to BDS to try and take their share of the money in the mountains on the line for this early season event....Jeff Strunk and Ryan Godown have won the first two MITM events....Mark your calendars and make your plans now to make sure your at this early season must see event.

With the harsh winter weather and cold and snow lingering into early March, on the tracks FB page today it was announced the beginning of the season has been pushed back a week...Next weeks Test N Tune has been scrapped, and now will happen Sunday March 22nd, and the 2015 Season Opener will now take place Sunday March 29th....On the 29th the 44th Season Opener will see the Open Competition Modifieds do battle in a 30 lap feature event paying $3500 to win $300 to take the green, Sportsman mods 20 laps $1000 to win, Roadrunners 20 laps $300 to win and the return of the Street Stocks 20 laps $500 to win.

Sorry this needs to go to open wheel section due to the fact modifieds don't have fenders :)

People have a tendency to be complete idiots on racing related message boards. Believe it or not I've seen many people get all bent out of shape about things like that.

I don't know you, and I don't really care to make any effort to know you since you seem like an... :whistle:. However, keep in mind that 90% of the people who read this post (a good portion of whom don't post, or are not even registered) don't know you either. I'm not even entirely sure if the guy who posted after you is being serious or not.

Forgive me for wondering you were jumping down someone's throat for posting it in the wrong (or right) section of the forum. I know of another (formerly) very lively message board that was killed because of people people posting things just like what you posted and being serious about it.
