Yesterday I received a note from one of Don Schumacher's P.R. people that Cory McClenathan was released from his top fuel ride. Cory Mac will race at Pomona for Schumacher. Don Schumacher said he asked Cory Mac to stay on until he can find a ride. He also asked him to be a test driver and an advisor for a future new driver.
Cory Mac said he is happy with the time he had at DSR and he will actively seek another ride following Pomona.
Here is hoping one of the nicest people in all of racing lands a top ride for 2011!
