does that mean if they keep the price of tires cheaper he will lower his motor prices?

Hooray for Don! He's a team oener as well as an engine builder. Why should the 410 teams pay $50 more for the same tire that the sportsmen(and URC) run? I can't see how that makes any sense at all.

The teams are forced to run whatever tire the WOO and local tracks decide upon. Nobody is forced to run a Don Ott motor.
