i have to agree 29 is not bad at all for that field of cars however its crazy to make people pay that much even for infants. Alot of kids dont even watch the races, but then again they do need to pay the bills and pay the purse.

Having no childrens admission price is just plain stupid. How many people do you think expected to pay $29 the first two nights and $39 the other four nights to get their kids into the grandstands. The average race fan not only can't afford it, but I'm sure never expected it. I've never been to a dirt track race and paid full price for little ones.

Thank God we decided to stay home! For my wife and I and our two kids (one 6, and the other 2) that would have been: $116.00 just to get in the door

Some people seem to think its so easy to be able to afford to go to events as a family. Thankfully our area tracks treat us pretty good for the most part.

no child price, no student price. yes the quality of the field is great, but the track does not supply that great of racing.

Is that per night or is that for all three nights of the All Stars and all three nights of the Outlaws?

Unfortunately that is per night jcw. I hate to think about the racers who took their families here for the week. I won't name names, but one of the pa locals is staying at our hotel and his children and mother are staying back at the hotel while he and his wife go. I happened to overhear a conversation that most drivers percentage wouldn't cover the cost of admission to take the whole family unless they finished in the top three. I would hate to have to tell my kids they came the whole way to Florida and weren't going to see their dad race! Seems like a no win situation for the drivers and their families.

I'm not saying it is right , but many tracks have the one admission price for ALL spectators for their larger events. Limited seating is one reason . I don't know what the reason is down there , so I won't comment on it.

To have no children's and/or student pricing is unacceptable in this day and age at any track.

To not have a senior discount at a Florida track is also unacceptable in my mind. Are they not interested in growing their regular weekly crowd with people from the area ? :dontknow:

the "senior discount" is based on the following theory...."come on down...we'll talk price when you get here"

I heard an interview recently with Guy Webb where basically pimped his product as a family oriented, affordable alternative. Maybe he is just cashing in on the cabin fever stricken, race starved fans that he figures will show up no matter the price. I agree the fields down there are second none, but $29 for a $7,0000 to win show is outta line.

I believe the Dream admission was $27 and paid 30,000 G's, and I'm sure the total purse was much higher in the Dream race too.
