I'm by no means a fan of his but that s.o.b can wheel a sprint car. That's for sure.

Why doesn't Montieth do that earlier in the night so he doesn't have to pass all those cars???

Because the track was junk in the heats with no top groove to run. When they watered at intermission, the little they did, it gave somewhat of a top groove but not much, what little there was the 21 was using up. Why they start at 6 still is beyond me, they're racing 2 hours with the sun beating down on the track.

Let's be honest, the guys that made the handicap last night were swiss cheese for Rahmer to pass. Yes he had to pass them but I would've been more surprised if he didn't pass them. Only guys with any considerable 410 experience were Krimes and Stutts. It's gonna be a 1 man show at Lincoln this year with the exception being special shows and even then with the way time trials seem to work out for him I wouldn't count him out. 12 wins may be a conservative guess for how many Rahmer wins this year at Lincoln.

I can't think of anyone that's gonna show up at the special shows that's gonna beat Rahmer at Lincoln either. Plus he'll be starting closer to the front and have more laps. He's dominating a pretty stout field of cars already. Too bad they can't get the WOO @ Lincoln.

Well the 6pm starting time has been fixed and changed to 7pm for this coming week due to the effect of daylight on the race track.

I would be in complete favor of a 7 or 730 starting time, no sense racing in daylight for 2 hours. I wouldn't say Rahmer is dominating a "stout" field of cars right now at Lincoln though. On paper there are teams that should be able to compete with him but are struggling for whatever reason right now. I hope someone can pick their game up soon.
