In 2012 the team will be defending our championships at Trailways Speedway in Hanover, Pa. and Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, Pa. along with participating at Susquehanna Speedway in Newberrytown, Pa; Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Pa; and others.

Our driver Jeff Rohrbaugh has a history of success with 7 championships in the past few years.

The Shane Smith Motorsports Racing Team has an opportunity for you to become a sponsor for our racing team in the 2012 racing season. In these tough economic times advertising money is the first thing to get cut in every budget. For as little as $500.00, you have the opportunity to associate your name and/or product logo with a proven winner over the course of the entire 2012 racing season that extends from March to November. You would be exposed to thousands of spectators on a weekly basis at race tracks in Pennsylvania as well to countless drivers along Pennsylvania, roadways during transit. You will also be advertised on our driver’s website @ http://www.jeffrohrbaugh.com with a link to your website. Have your name used in team press releases to local news originations. Plus we are on Facebook @ Jeff Rohrbaugh Racing. There was a saying in Nascar “Win on Sunday buy on Monday” that is still true today. Studies have been done by huge corporations that show race fans buy first from and or use the products of team sponsors.

Bill.........the reality of it is that nobody really cares no matter where you race. Curt Michael won the URC championship 8 times.........who cares..........Fred and Lance won bookoo championships.........what did it mean ??? Really, local racing is exactly that....local racing..........and outside of our little circle, who cares...........and really ....who care what I think

Championship gets you nothing except the owner can beat his chest a little. Other than maybe the Grove the name of the game is SHOW ME THE MONEY.....You are better off chasing high dollar shows.
Some of these teams are actually getting smarter.

Don't get me wrong i love the racing at Trailways on occassion, but look around, you are racing for 200 fans in the stands and 90% of those are family of who is in the pit. Not exactly sponsorship material. Most sponsors worth squat always wanted to know if we were running the Grove. Just the way it is..
