Denver, PA (May 27th, 2014) – Alan Krimes will return to ‘410’ sprint car competition this Friday, Saturday and Sunday, May 30th, 31st & June 1st; participating in three different events at three different short tracks all across Pennsylvania. Krimes, who pilots the Midnite Antiques, Conestoga Valley Garage, Wayne Corini, Krimes Racing Engines, VRP Shocks, no. 87 ‘410’ sprinter, will go head-to-head with Pennsylvania’s finest during all three upcoming weekend events, and hopes to enjoy a victory lane appearance at each of the three planned destinations. The Denver, Pennsylvania native will begin his three-race weekend at the Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.

Williams Grove Speedway will be the first stop on Alan Krimes’ upcoming weekend schedule. The Friday night, May 30th program will feature the ‘410’ sprint cars and the ‘358’ sprint cars. Alan Krimes will enter the event fourth (4th) in the updated ‘410’ track championship standings. The former Mitch Smith Memorial champion earned a top-ten performance during his last appearance at Williams Grove Speedway; finishing sixth (6th) officially during the $4,000-to-win Diamond Series event on Friday night, May 23rd.

Alan Krimes will visit the Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, Pennsylvania on Saturday night, May 31st. The current Lincoln Speedway ‘410’ track championship point leader will look for Lincoln Speedway win number three this Saturday night at the Pigeon Hills venue. Krimes has also amassed three (3) top-five finishes and four (4) top-ten finishes at the ‘Fabulous’ Lincoln Speedway thus far in 2014. This Saturday’s program will feature double features for the ‘410’ sprint cars; as last Saturday’s Hilly Rife Memorial was postponed due to wet weather just before feature action.

The upcoming weekend will come to a close on Sunday night, June 1st when Alan Krimes visits the Roaring Knob Motorsports Complex in Markleysburg, Pennsylvania for the Kasey Kahne “Dirt Classic” Qualifier worth $5,000. This will be Alan Krimes’ first-ever visit to the Fayette County oval. The winner of Sunday night’s qualifier will have a guaranteed starting position in Kasey Kahne’s $20,000-to-win “Dirt Classic” held at Lincoln Speedway on Saturday, September 27th. Krimes will join drivers and teams from all areas of Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia this Sunday night; all fighting for a shot at $5,000, and an eventual chance at $20,000.

The Midnite Antiques/Conestoga Valley Garage/Wayne Corini/Krimes Racing Engines/VRP Shocks/ ‘Super 87’ team will be a part of all of the action each and every weekend in the heart of ‘Pennsylvania Posse’ territory; chasing track championships at Williams Grove Speedway and Lincoln Speedway.
