I knew someone had "1080"....no one I know. My one Harley has a "1080s" tag....best I could get.

Based on the appearance of that plate, that lady has had it for a long time. It's one of the older new-style plates with the blue and gold that fade into the white area; almost all the paint was gone but the metal was dent and bend-free. I once knew a guy who was able to find out who owned a vanity plate (probably from a law-enforcement buddy) and contacted the party. Both signed an agreement and the state transferred the plate's ownership.
