I recall Milt winning 2 weeks in a row at the Grove in 1968 in a Mopar powered car...number may have been 68(?)....blue and white car.

I remember the 49 car....Boyd Arnold ran for the same owner earlier. Milt was probably 49 when he was at the Grove in 1968...I was confused on the number once and was wondering.....

Not just any Mopar either- a 426 Hemi! My Dad drag raced with a Hilborn injected 426 Hemi so naturally, he loved that #49 car. He recalled telling me of seeing him race at Hagerstown in the late 60's.

My condolences to the Miller family, Milt will be missed!! I also remember him driving for the Kosier Bros, and their beautiful #8 sprinter. Milt had quite a few good runs in that one too!

I remember Milt slapping on the asphalt tires and running at Hershey Stadium back in 1967 and 1968. I think he might have even won a feature or 2. Rest in peace Milt !
