1st shot 1982 At Penn National. 2nd shot at the Port. I was on his pit crew.
I remember 1 race at the Port-he flipped on the backstretch at the Port. While he was up side down in the air, he shut the fuel off and killed the mag.He landed back on all 4 wheels. He turned the fuel & mag back on & drove the car to the pits. We could not get to the car in the pit-that many people were around the car!! Jim helped me with my set ups when I raced micros. He changed my life forever. GOD SPEED MY FRIEND

Thank you for posting these pictures and for the anecdote, a very special person and a very on-the-gas racer.

:thumbleft: Thanks Old Racer for sharing, I've been searching for photo's of this same car for many years now. So glad you were able to capture it. Maybe I could PM. you get copies or prints of these shots. :thumbright: Can't wait to see what else you've captured over the years. Thanks once again for sharing.

You were looking for this car with Kramer Williamson in it though, weren't you? Or was it just the picture of the car that you wanted?

Sorry Old Racer, I think that last part of the post was meant for me from one of the Mods. on this site. A little over a year ago I had asked if anyone had pics of this car with Kramer at the wheel. I remember Kramer running this car in the early 80's at Selinsgrove.

I stopped in a few years ago to see Rick & Joe. They had the car on top of the tubing rack. 1983 Kenny Adams & I put the car togather(spellcheck ha ha)- Kenny was going to drive the car-but the deal fell apart. The frame was painted black-the cars that Kramer,Allen and Jim drove had a red frame. They had offers to buy it. I told Joe don't sell it. I think they should put the wheels back on it and put it on display :yessss:
