That is defenitely Steve Stambaugh in the seat. His helmet is even still painted with the Apple blue stripes. He was always a great "sleeper" racer. But then again i could be wrong and it wouldnt be the first time.

That was Steve at Williams Grove. He was leading the feature until a flat right rear caused him to drop out.The car that won had worn out his tire very early,and had come in to replace it and cycled back to the lead at Nokies demise.They kept having restarts after one lap with tires failing .
