Re: 1972 Hamilton car
What a beautiful car! I wish my dad was still around to see it; he would have gotten a real kick out of it.

Re: 1972 Hamilton car

The racer is just marvelous! I saw your Dad run this car at Mt. Zion Speedway in Clearfield,Pa. His team mate was Elmer Ruby. Mt.Zion ran the Late Models too. The times I was there the Sprints ran 1st.As soon as the Sprints were all out on the track-all the Late Models would go to stage. As soon as they staged, all the drivers and crews ran back to their trailers to watch the Sprints run! Good memories. Thanks for doing a wonderful job!35-77 ADAMSON wrote:Thank You for all the nice comments, Words can not describe how I felt with Dad & Al Friday Night. Re: 1972 Hamilton car
Somewhere in my collection of racing treasures I have a program or a yearbook with a picture of Bobbie in the cockpit of the #77 from back in the day. I swear, he has the same look on his face and in his eyes. It brings back so many many fantastic memories of me and my dad at Selinsgrove. That's really great stuff!IanFalconeProductions wrote:Bobbie Adamson sitting in the #77 car at Williams Grove 08.15.14

Re: 1972 Hamilton car
it's old and tattered, but one of my favorite old pics from my dad's (owner of the number 6 in this picture) scrapbook...no matter where it ran, the 77 Car was always a car to be reckoned with..I believe the car in this pic is the same car...
Enjoy...
Enjoy...
