For all interested in the early years of Williams Grove. This again taken from a filled in program of Maryland race fan John Fales.

3 other cars in the race were #8 Frank Luptow, #95 Earl Horn, #3 George Cavanna were listed as "OUT"

is this not the race mark light had his very bad accident in turn #3 that killed a spectator????
the #32 was the McCurdy Dreyer.

Yes it was. One man died and thirteen people were injured. The newspaper article said the man was Miller Hoover and that eight of the injured people were members of his family.
Mark Light was in serious condition from the accident.
