A 1959 photo of Mert Stine from Hagerstown Speedway. Stine often had his car numbers match the year.

That is a great post Al! Looking through old papers from the south there was a lot of negro-only races and also speedways that had separate grandstands.

This ad is for Rendezvous Speedway in Alaska from 1959. Track bills itself as being the farthest north speedway
