This is the answer from Ken Johnson.... " Hilly Rife, Builder and promoter of Lincoln Speedway. The photo is from Lancaster Speedway where Hilly was a top driver. Injuries ended his racing but when he promoted he did it big."

I have been told by hileys grandson, that picture is not him. he drove the #30 for grenewalt's.

Somebody else said the driver is Goon Crowl.

I have a 1954 Lancaster Speedway program. Goon Crowl is listed as the driver of the No. 64. Hilly Rife drove the 30 that season

Scott, those names are just as great. Stogie Lemoncelli sounds like he could be the leader of a New York crime syndicate.
