What kind of car was Scotty Haas #76 driving? (small top wing, no front wing)

Looks like a super sportsman.

He woulds have been running a 410 at that time. The cars that had the small top wings and no front wings were cars that ran with URC. URC didn't start running big top wings and front wings until the mid to late 90's. They had an engine displacement of 366 C.I. at that time.
