wagers..

Field 25 to 1 (I think I was drunk when I put this in)
Jamie McMurry 23 to 1 (he has been very fast and should have won the Bud Shootout if he wasn't such a moron.)

I'm taking Mark Martin. Daytona has never been kind to him but he's way overdue.

It would be nice to see Mark get the win :thumbright:

He was my favorite driver when I still followed NASCAR!

And people think Port Royal cancels too soon. Even they wouldn't call their biggest race of the year that quickly.

As Per Dale Jrs 1 interview. "I think they need to re-evaluate that rule about the tires on the line rule." Because he dont know how to pull into the pit stall correctly they need to re-evaluate the rule. He is just trying to make and excuse for being stupid and not knowing how to park it in a pit stall.

When I was growing up, I barely made it home from church in time to catch the start of the 500. Now the stupid thing starts 3.5 hours later. They would have gotten the whole race in if they had started at the "traditional" time. They should schedule it at 1PM, and if it does rain during the day, you still have the evening hours to get it in. NASCAR pisses me off more and more each year, bring on the 410s!!

Precisely, it's all about the dollar anymore!! The race should start no later than 1:00 p.m. I'll never forget the pre-race show a couple of years ago, Metallica played which was GREAT, but the darn race didn't start until at least 2:30 p.m. What a joke, I'd prefer if Metallica played at noon and the race started at 1:00 p.m.!!

Was thrilled Kenseth won although I would have rather seen him win it the way you should. Disappointed Martin didn't win though too!!

Also its about the west coast time difference but screw them. I remember the Super Bowl kicking off at 1PM, World series games in the afternoon :ahhh: ect ect ect

TV & commercials control what you are fortunate enough to watch. Take it with a grain of salt or turn on the radio & picture what is going on in your mind. I think it creates 2 different races now finishing under the lights. I takes away what the race used to be about. (handling). At night when the track cools everybody can just flat foot it again.
By the way it was still raining at 9:00 there. It was the right call!!!!
