:thinking: ... the NFL is thinking about short pants & flags next year :yessss: (all quarterbacks) ... I don't agree with headhunting but I remember bounties when I played (high school & college) ... I guess a couple thousand from the hit fund pays for the league fines :doh:


... football is a violent sport ... maybe one should consider suing the ones responsible for the introduction of helmets & face masks :ahhhh: ... but if no helmet/mask you end up with rugby :D

I agree HD....but the big hits should not be the result of targeting or planned in advance. They should come instinctively when the chance arises and is done in the spirit of winning.

I think the penalties are a gift in comparison to what could have transpired with regards to a criminal perspective. I don't want to see something like that happen....it would get ugly.
