I must be the only person on earth who does not miss the Attitude Area. While it was fun , it also brought in less wrestling and more talking, and I for one like to see wrestling on a wrestling show.
The 90's did issue in more talking, & I agree, I'd rather see more wrestling, but I also remember a lot of 80's tv shows featuring stars of the time all taking on helpless jobbers...so match quality has improved in that sense. However, I do like watching some of the 'squash' matches from the 80's on Youtube...you gotta hand it to some of those guys who just took a beating every week and never won a match!!
