Thanks Greg. I wasn't too happy overall but I liked a few. The 3rd one(Leppo) is all pixelated cause I had to crop it down big time because I actually hit the button too soon. :ahhhh:  But I liked the angle.

I didn't get a single good one from the outside because of spending all my time determining why my camera was taking a crap on me with every shutter squeeze. I rectified the problem but only right before the heats. :ahhh:

Nikon, I still love you. :blowkiss: :camera:

So it wasn't just the battery, I take?? I still love Nikon too. I should've stayed down in 3 for the heats but I was determined to get that straight on wheelie shot that just never happened. :dontknow: I never could find the setup. Oh well, a new weekend is on the way. :laughing7:

Yeah it wasn't the battery or the grip after all. The lens wasn't making good contact with the body and every time it would engage the autofocus on the lens when the shutter was pressed, the battery light would come on and shut the camera down. I took the lens off, blew on the contacts and put it back on securely and all was OK after that.

It seemed like half a dozen guys would get that front left up a foot in the air coming out of two heading down the backstretch in the feature. Another shot possibility there.

Yeah, I saw that too during the feature. I was just a bit too close to one to get those shots and with the nonstop feature, I didn't get a chance to move. I'm just glad you got everything figured out with your camera without having to throw some money out. :thumbleft:
