In the upper right hand corner of the screen, there is an icon. The icon is either a stopwatch or a podium. If you see the stopwatch icon on your screen, then the results are displayed by fastest lap time. For Hot Laps and Time Trials you want the stopwatch to be displayed. This will display all the driver based on their fastest lap time in the session.
If the icon is the 1/2/3 podium icon, then the results are displayed by running position. For all races, you want the podium icon. If the A-main is on the track, and the icon is the stopwatch, you are seeing all the cars in the A-Main sorted with the best time at the top. Stevie must have had the fastest lap of the race.
To toggle back and forth, simply click on the icon with your mouse, or if you are using the iPad or iPhone, touch the icon to toggle it back and forth.
