Brett Favre had a rough day in Pittsburgh Sunday as the Steelers defeated the Vikings 27-17 to raise their reecord to 5-2 and dropped the Vikings from the ranks of the undefeated. It was the largest crowd to ever see at game at Heinz field. More photos later as it was a long weekend in the Steel city and I need some rest.

The Steelers D shut down the best running back in the league and made the biggest plays when it counted the most. It's nothing new, the Steelers D has been doing it for years. There was no eb and flow to this game and it was the hardest game I've ever had to shoot. There was no pattern to the game except the Steelers D didn't break at the goal line. The QB duel never materialized and it was a free for all game. The huge crowd (Biggest ever at Heinz field) was due in part to all the Vikings fans that filled the stands. The Steelers fans "Travel" well, but so do the Vikings fans. It was by far the loudest I've ever heard at Heinz field and it affected Favre's snap count several times, especially late in the game when the crowd got into it.

Yea there D def. did step it up....sucks that triping call that was a blown call and cost Vikes big. Either way good game and that loss doesn't worry me to muchstill feel Vikes are one of the best teams in NFC. I was shocked Big Ben didnt take advantage on Winfield not playing.
