Whitehall Girls softball

I passed up week 2 at the Grove for the opening game of the season against Catasaqua HS. Froze my butt off as did the girls. I shot 1 baseball game last year and wanted to try some different settings.
The coach loves the pictures!! :dance:

Nice shots Rick! I want to bat - just once - to see if I could hit the ball. With the pitcher being so close to the plate I'm amazed that anyone gets a hit. That girl would make this old man look silly....LOL!

Thanks guys. Both of the pitchers that Whitehall used were impressive. I'd like to know the mph they are throwing at. Mike, That would be interesting to see. They'd make alot of us old guys look silly :poking:

Those are some great shots! Being a pitcher myself, its funny to hear the guys say they can hit off a girl. Mike, whenever you are ready, bring that bat to the house and I will pitch you some! Most girls throw between 55-70 MPH....it really depends on how good they are.
