Will Freddy race this Friday with his injuries he suffered in Canada?

I hope he does, but would he be taking a chance with have a concussion?
Is there a rule if a driver can race within a certain amount of time after a concussion?
Like I said, I hope he does race if he can, but saftey should be considered also.
