A late congratulations to AK87 and the guys in the pits!!! As is tradition, every race Alan has ever won I have not been there for! :ahhhh: :ahhh: Though Salmon fishing on Lake Ontario was a good excuse for missing the second half of speedweek. :laughing7: of course Alan would go and finally win at the GROVE!!! Either way, that win was long due for a great racer and person. Awesome Alan!! HE GONE :cheers2:

I see & hear this often.....ponder this will you.....do you even realize how many teams are supported and funded by fathers, grandfathers, and family in general. Most are....why is Aaron the only one called out for his family support. Just think, if all racing families put their money in boats, traveling, or any hobby that they enjoy....where would racing be? At least what Don Ott makes in racing he puts back into it with fielding 2 cars and helping out with various other teams......did you ever think about that!

Very Well Said.

Sprint car racing is a family sport and I think that is a very good thing.

I've heard it said about others in the past. Cody Darrah comes to mind as one who recieved similar criticism.

Cody (and AO for that matter) along with others receive this crap all too often...
grow up people and keep your jealousy to yourself...
these families bust their hump to give their kids something and give us fans racers to watch and all you do is complain

:chatterbox: Funny how some sprintcar fans have disagreements. I am just glad to be able to see the best sprintcar racing in the country. To see the best field of teams and drivers around is always a thrill to see. I may have my own favorites but I have respect for all involved in this awesome form of racing. :cheers2:
