wow!! hope you are wrong. Was headed to the beach after the races on Saturday. Maybe we will have enough water here we won't have to go to the beach and can swim in our yard.

very often hurricanes are downgraded to tropical storms by the time they are this far north...even tho the storm winds decrease in speed, the clouds can widen out to 1,000 miles or more and dump inches of rain for days before they are pushed out to sea by a high pressure system.

our best hope is that is stalls south of us because once it is in the area, the view of the parking might be a bigger problem for promoters than actual rain fall.
