RIP Smoke. Loved watching you wheel Roy Morrall's 880 around Port. One of my all time favorite drivers.

Due to my health, my last two years of racing have been limited to the computer. Therefore, I didn't know Smokey was in ill health. Does anyone have any service particulars? RIP Smokey, you were a great guy on and off the track!

From my first trip to the Grove as a teenager Smokey was my favorite. I must say I'm quite saddened by the news. He was one heck of a racer. Smokey and Lynn sure put on some epic battles at the Grove. He will be very much missed!

RIP Smokey. One of my first hero's. Always loved him in the Lloyd's 56 and Morrall's 880. His track record stood for a lot of years at Port. 17.56 if memory serves me.
