old rule - No cockpit adjustments permitted including adjustable shocks, weight jackers or wing control.

new rule - Other than top wings, NO cockpit adjustments are permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, adjustable shocks and weight jackers.

new rule - Cockpit adjustable top wings are permitted.

DELETE No titanium valves

old rule - NO Rotating titanium

new rule - NO Rotating titanium (valves are not considered a rotating part)

The valves do not rotate but they add cost to an already too expensive "limited" division. Why do people think if they allow things to cost more, it will attract more participants ??? Shouldn't it be the other way around ???

it is my understanding the WG and Lincoln allowed (or maybe did not prohibit is a better term) titanium valves. SG always had. this puts all the speedways in line on this rule.
