Lincoln WoO Race?

RUMOR: I was looking over Twitter and Facebook and saw the Leiby boy talking about a possible WoO Race at Lincoln in May... Anyone else hearing this? It'd be a good show, however Lincoln doesnt need the WoO Circus to pack the place.

From what I heard they are in the middle of talking about it. Nothing set in stone but I think we have a good chance of seeing WoO vs Posse at the Linc!!!

Chris Dolack WoO Pr and Media head hancho told me conversations are ongoing! but a little birdie is telling me, its pretty much a go. than again, may not. only time will tell! :handoverhead:

The place will be a zoo and you can expect it to be pretty much the last hurrah for the Outlaws at Lincoln. Love to see them race there, but this event has outgrown Lincoln a long time ago. A week night show may make it work.

Last time The WoO was there , they put up signs at the gate , Standing Room Only

That was before the infield was open to the likes of Myself :laughing7:

Back in the 80s Lincoln had one that was the best WoO race I`ve ever seen. The top 4 were swapping the lead back and forth,sometimes several times per lap.

Bobby Davis Jr won it in that Consolidated Credit #6.

why dont they park all the campers in the over flow lot so no one cares how much room they take up and let peopel who come to watch the races and spend money on food and drink have plenty of room to park and will make it easy for us to get out of the parking lot. cause if u have a camper u are not leaving so no need to move cause u will be staying so take a msall walk and we will have plenty of room for every one to do what they need.

It may pay as much, but it's not as meaningful...

How bout the 6 extra races that Lincoln has over Port this year paying a minimum of 18,000 and thats just the winner's share. Do those count or should I go to Port every week because they are the Saturday night track that has one race which pays the most? I need to know so I can plan cooler carrying assignemts. :dontknow:
