He is staying at home to be with his girls because I think both his sponsors left to be with Stevie. If someone offered Jason 150,000-200,000 to go back on the road, he would be out there tomorrow. Great that he is home, but how do you pay the bills when your not racing?

Was thinking the same thing. Just did the Georgia Boot deal and then raced well down under. Wonder if this affects Stevie in any way?

I doubt it. Two diff. teams

Not exactly..I would say that may have something to do with this. Chris Luck is Stevie's car owner, but no it will not have any thing to do with what Stevie does he just drew some of the team finance to him.

Looks like the outlaws are losing alot... If my calculations are right they are down too about 5 or 6 full time teams now...Steve Kinser,Donny Shatz, Joey Saldana Cody Darrah Chad Kemenah,Craig Dalansky and Lucas Wolfe.

Will have no affect on Stevie. The two teams are not connected. Chris Luck walked away from "Elite Racing", and started the new team with Chad Clemens. Check the numerous press releases scattered about the internet racing sites.

That happens when you lose 2 major sponsors and an significant owner.

Maybe they all knew this was coming, hence the reason Luck and the sponsors left. I can't believe the 2 time defending Champion would just be left out to dry to a point where he had to fold up. Meyers doesn't seem the type to let his partners hanging on something like this and he gave them time to get things in order before making the public announcement. Perhaps the reason they were planning to bring Stevie aboard last year was because they all knew then that this was coming and they wanted to get acclimated. This whole thing seems very well thought out and in the making for a while.

I seriously doubt we have seen the last of Mr. Meyers....
