Late 1980's through 1990's and to this day there is no question Fritz is the "MAN" to beat. Stats back it up and if you were a race fan for many decades as I have been you have to rate him right there with the best to ever run in this area. The best ever is an opinion, yours may differ from mine and that is a debate with an opinion, good honest conversation to have those. The years in question are no debate it is FACT. Donnie had some great years during this time as did a few others, but the duration of Fred's commitment to this sport far outruns anyone during this period. I see good drivers coming into there own over the past 5 yrs. and some young drivers looking very good, but to put the shoes of total commitment on that Fred has worn for the number of years he has done that takes a very special individual. I would love to have had Fritz around in the 70's or 60's, even head to head with Smith and Allen in their prime but such is the way of life so that we can debate about. The years in question there is no debate.

"special equipment" that no one else can get will get you alot of wins! :silenced:[/quote]

That special equipment...you mean a big jock strap? :laughing7: I've watched Rahmer since the early 1980's when he raced at Grandview. Did he have the special equipment then too?

Maybe that is why he could pass other cars up in the marbles where no one else would even try....

As far as special equipment, there are lots of machine shops that can produce special equipment. You just need the knowledge of how to do it and how to use it. This is available to anyone if you are willing to spend the money and have knowledge. :yessss:

Dominator....I'm relaying a message for you

Ok, you have my attention. What equipment are you talking about. I am challenging you to post what equipment we had that no one else has. I can be contacted on http://www.fredrahmer.com under the email contact.. What is your email address so I can contact you personally. Thank You…Deb Rahmer

He's probably talking about titanium engine parts and a lightweight block. Geez thought it was common knowledge that the 77 was the first local team to have it.

Fred did rule the 90's though. Lance was a very close second with Shaffer, Kreitz and Pauch battling it out for 3rd.

Now you know better then that..............it was meant to be a funny :laughing7: We've been around this deal for a couple of years and I've never heard of "special equipment", just the afore mentioned, :hard work ethic, motivation and drive to succeed........... Right back at ya! :poking:

I actually laughed out loud to read the last page or so.. This Dominator punk has said so much stuff on here that is just plain dumb.. I guess this one finally caught up to him.. I guess he is one of those "black helicopter" type guys and will read into any conspiracy theory that someone thought up. :naughty:

(I will also add that I have had my own fair share of dumb posts too)

Well noted Brent.. :thumbright: Keith is the ruler to judge yourself by at Port Royal along with numerous big wins and on the road. I could easily make a list as long as my arm about drivers from the 50's, 60's and 70's. I would put Keith at his best in the 80's and early 90's. Paxton and Keith were on a terror late 70's early 80's at the Grove fun stuff to watch when you throw Smokey in with that mix. :thumbright:

A lot of good racers. But one stands out more than any other.

Selinsgrove Champ in 90 and 91
Susquehanna champ in 90 and 91
Lincoln Champ in 94,97,98, and 99
Williamsgrove Champ 97,98, and 99 11 Total Track Championships

Most wins in a year in Central PA in 1993 had 23, 1995 had 23, 1996 had 21, 1998 had 33, and 1999 had 25

PA Speedweek Championships 92,93,94,95, and 98
Central PA overall Champion 90,91,93,97,98, and 99

208 Total victories in the 90's.

There is not another driver in the 90's with a resume close to this.

They call him FAST FREDDIE RAHMER!! I never really cheered for him...but I respect him for what he has done on the track.
Dewease would be 2nd
Kreitz would be 3rd

I cannot believe that I actually logged onto this message board, but I am trying to keep up with Florida results and I started reading some of the posts on the board. We have been coming out to central PA since 1986 full time. I was born into racing and I am smart enough to know that you cannot argue with anyone on their opinions on racing. I think it is good for the sport to voice your opinion but I have to tell you unless hard work, motivation and the drive to succeed is equipment that no one else has..then yes we have it. Dominator...whoever you are... You have no reasons to post. Most important, you have nothing that you can say to back your statement up. IF you are refering to the engine that so many idiots have stated before. That engine was never run., and there were NO(zero) wins with it. That is the only rumor that I have heard about for the reasons for the wins. We have paid our dues and contribute to the sport..what the hell have you contributed ,,,Mr. Dominator ...Come on..tell us...I have my reasons.....Regards..Deb R.

i sure would like to hear aeros opinion on this :laughing7: ................... :poking:
