Looks like Hodnett may be spending some regular Saturday nights at the speed palace, his website has his schedule listed through the end of March and all of the Saturday nights say Lincoln or Port Royal. I don't think there's any question about it he gets around the Port much better than Lincoln.

I don't know if I would say that, it's pretty equal...23 wins at Lincoln, 24 at Port

Everyone knows Hodnett seems to run good in the big races. A check of the record books at Port shows seventeen of his 24 wins in races such as All Star, Tuscarora Fifty, Speedweek, Keystone Cup, Dream Race, Labor Day, Wiekert Memorial ect when outsiders are there. That lets only seven career win against the regular Sat. field with several seasons of running most Port shows. This shows him for type teams he races for to kind of struggle with the regular Sat. crowd.

No doubt Hodnett is better at port. I may be wrong but I think he has a significantly larger number of starts at Lincoln vs, port due to his years in the apple 12 & hamilton 77,

I think he runs good everywhere! :cheers2: Out of state and won mutiple times, usually runs good at Knoxville, Speedweek on numerous tracks, I don't think it much matters to Greg.
He is a "Show Me The Money" racer. Shines at big races.

pennracefan, Facts are facts and the fact is most of Hodnett's wins at Port have come in time trial races when all the top teams are there with not many regular show wins. I am not going to argue about the competition anywhere, just stating the way things are.

I believe some of you are missing the point, all you want to talk about is wins, my point is overall Hodnett is much more consistent at Port and seems to struggle at times at Lincoln. I've seen him race just about everywhere and my observation is he does better on the big tracks like Port and Selinsgrove.

just love people that put other tracks down to make their track look better. If everyone loved the same track and the same drivers sure would be a boring world.

I shouldn't even dignify your post but I can't help myself. If a regular saturday night field at port is weak then so is a regular saturday night field at lincoln which isn't the case. Lots of talent at both tracks on any given night. If you think it's so weak put a hot rod together & try your luck. My guess is, you wouldn't fair too well.

The usual extremely sensitive Lincoln fan base. Nothing new here. Move on people.
