When did we go from darkness for the fireworks display, to daylight with the track lights on ? and why ?

They never turn the lights out. Pinky says turning them off is a safety hazzard. Plus it takes forever and costs to much to turn them back on.

It suited me. Why does everyone complain about everything lately? If you don't like what you are seeing , go someplace else.
