I was watching on Dirt Vision. They only had 4 or 5 push trucks on the track along with 2 graders. They needed a lot more equipment on the track if they were really serious about racing. That is the reason they cancelled. Also not sure how big the crowd was either. Not many in the stands yet...but not sure how many were in the parking lot.

I was there. The track was a pile of mud. There should have been more trucks running it in but there wasnt, not sure why.

But the same thing happened at Lincoln on Wednesday. Sometimes its just unfortunate weather timing.

The track was soupy around the bottom no doubt. But really, the best they could do was 5 trucks and 2 graders? Should have stayed home and watched nascar :ahhhh:

I enjoyed the rain at the Tilton Hilton. Good call by officials, drizzled here most if the evening

why didn't they have the sprint cars out helping to run the track in? They made a big deal when the sportsmans were not out two weeks a go.

When I had signed in at the pit gate, I was told a 90 min delay, which for a start time of 7:10pm... is 8:40pm.

Bought my pit pass & signed necessary paperwork. I go back in at 8:20-8:25pm, still I see half of the haulers closed up. (Not a good sign)

I looked at the top side of the track (which looked half run in), & the bottom side was sliced up & tried being run in.... at that time I said to myself, it didn't look any better than when I had first looked at the track.

To be honest, Williams Grove tried to get the track ready, yes they might need more equipment in these extreme circumstances, but the area around the track was the only part hit by rain. Selinsgrove & Lanco BOTH got their shows in. It is a part of bad luck & timing... nothing you can do.

From the point of view of a race team & a fan, it sucks. But, there is always next week...... :thumbright:

It rained in Port Trevorton and in Danville but never rained in Selinsgrove, so lucky last night. Also, not sure how much it played into the decision but the Outlaws do have a race in New York today so they couldn't be in PA all night.
