It is Jack's car, but, that isn't Jack in the pic. That is Chuck Ciprich. Chuck also raced with URC when they ran upstate N.Y. and raced Mods. both dirt and asphalt, Super Mods, and IIRC, he tried out Indy cars. Very smooth and fast, could drive a wheelbarrow.

Re: 5 Mile Point WoO race 1980??
I was at this show. It was actually held in 1979. The Five Mile Point show was the first WoO race ever held in New York State (the previous night's scheduled WoO race at Rolling Wheels was rained out).
Jack Crawford was indeed the owner/driver of the #19 that Chuck Ciprich drove on this night. The reason why Ciprich was the driver and not Crawford was that Crawford was actually the co-promoter of the race. The other promoter was Roy Sova, Oswego Speedway's longtime track announcer. I remember there being only 18-20 cars and the stands, which only holds about 2,500 spectators, were less than half fulll. The promoters barely broke even.
Anyone know who the #0 is?
50 lap feature results (World of Outlaws at Five Mile Point Speedway, Kirkwood NY, 7/24/79): 1. Lynn Paxton (#1 Boops Aluminum Special), 2. Bobby Allen (#1a), 3. Dub May (#18 Spurlock), 4. Steve Kinser (#11), 5. Lee James (#15 Pettet), 6. Jimmy Horton (#3 Smith), 7. Barry Camp (#14), 8. John Draucker (#3 Anfusco), 9. Jim Linder (#4e Eckhardt), 10. Jack Hewitt (#3x Kemenah). Fast Time: Kinser.
