Who was the driver from western pa that drove some for Bud Lawerence? It was either in the late 80's or early 90's. The same driver ran some races with URC in the Lou Echrich #54 during the same time period.

Bill Bailey from Grove City ran for Bud Lawrence. Not sure about the Lou Echrich #54. :D

Jerry Stone also drove the 99 car in the early 1988 season and I think Freddy Rahmer did a short stint in there somewhere

Yes Fred definitely ran the #99 for at least two seasons. He was Selinsgrove champ in 1990 and 1991 with a #99.
